Welcome NC State School of Design

I am pleased to share my portfolio with the NC State School of Design. I have been interested in design and architecture for a long time and how it plays a role in everyday life. (Yes, as a kid I did my share of LEGO building and creating Minecraft worlds). In high school, I took Drafting I, Architecture II, and Architecture III in order to build up my skill and knowledge. When COVID-19 hit last spring, my Architecture III class was cut short as we were all sent home for the remainder of the semester. Despite this, my desire to pursue architecture still remains and I am looking forward to what’s ahead.  When applying to NC State last fall, I had many interests, architecture included, and applied for the Exploratory Studies program to learn about several possible majors. After my first semester at NC State, I decided that I want to pursue architecture more than anything else and am excited to hear from you in February. Thank you for your time and consideration.
